5种抗菌中药体外抗衣原体活性研究

摘　　要：采用McCoy细胞培养衣原体的方法筛选有抗衣原体活性的中药。结果表明穿心莲、车前子、栀子、地肤子和牡丹皮浓度为50～200mg/ml时能显著减少包涵体数目(P<0.01)。其最大抑制率分别为93％,87％,85％,80％和70％。说明这5种抗菌中药具有体外抗生殖道衣原体作用。The present objective is to screen Chinese traditional medicines against chlamydia trachomatis of the reproductive tract in McCOY cells. The immunofluo-rescence stain show that 50 -200 mg/ml of Chuanxin-lian, Cheqianzi, Zhizi, Difuzi and Mudanpi have significant drops in numbers of inclusions ( P < 0. 001) . The maximal inhibition rates are 93%, 87%, 85%, 80% and 70% respectively. Antimicrobial Chinese traditional medicines Chuanxinlian, Cheqianzi, Zhizi, Difuzi and Mudanpi are effective against Chlamydia trachomatis in vitro.
