摘　　要：目的探讨晚期严重梗阻贲门癌的有效治疗方法。方法应用内镜下局部注射和放置支架联合动脉内导管介入治疗晚期严重梗阻贲门癌。结果吞咽困难缓解,肿瘤得到控制。结论内镜微创治疗联合动脉内导管介入治疗是晚期严重梗阻贲门癌的有效治疗方法。Objective To explore the effective therapy for advanced severe obstructive cardiac carcinoma. Methods Therapy of local injection and stent implantation by endoscope combined with left gastric artery catheter intervention was used for treating advanced severe obstructive cardiac carcinoma. Results Dysphagia was relieved and tumor was controlled. Conclusion Therapy of local injection and stent implantation by endoscope combined with left gastric artery catheter intervention was effective for advanced severe obstructive cardiac carcinoma.
