浅谈三维适形放射治疗鼻咽癌的临床护理

摘　　要：目的探讨应用三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)鼻咽癌患者的临床护理及注意事项。方法对12例3DCRT鼻咽癌患者实行全程临床护理。结果12例患者全部顺利完成全程放射治疗,近期有效率达91.7%。患者皮肤、口腔黏膜反应轻,骨髓抑制发生率低。结论采用积极合理的临床护理能使3DCRT鼻咽癌患者减轻放疗副反应,顺利完成全程治疗计划,提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing and correlative precautions of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT）. Methods The whole nursing intervention was performed in 12 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by 3DCRT. Results The entire process of radiotherapy was carted out with a short term response rate of 91.7%. The patients showed mild reaction in skin and oral mucosa, and lower incidence of myelosuppression. Conclusion The appropriate clinical care will decrease the side reaction of 3DCRT in patients with nasopharyngeal, and improve QOL of patients.
