青少年网络行为导向探析——基于网络空间的社会性视角

摘　　要：互联网不仅仅是一个技术概念,而且是一种更为广泛的社会概念。作为一种新的行为场域,网络空间所具有的开放性、虚拟性、交互性、丰富性、平等性、去抑制性、超时空性等社会属性,对青少年网络心理和行为具有双重影响,必须加强对其行为的动机分析,完善各种制度,多途径地对青少年的网络行为进行引导。首先,加强网络道德教育、网络心理健康教育,引导青少年树立正确网络观;其次,发挥家庭的引导作用,合理干预青少年的网络行为;第三,加强网络环境建设,强化网络行为的法律规范、制度规范和道德伦理规范,营造良好网络氛围;第四,社会各界齐心协力,对网络空间依法进行科学管理。Internet is not only a technical concept, but also a broad concept of society. As a new behavior place, the openness, the cyber, the interactive, the richness, the equality, the counter - inhibitory and the super time - space of internet space have dual impacts on juvenile＇s network psychology and behavior. The analysis of motivation should be made, the various systems should be improved and the juvenile＇s network behavior should be guided in multi - channel. First, the network of moral education and the mental health education should be strengthened and the young people should be guided to establish a correct concept of network. Second, the leading role of the family should be played and the adolescent＇s network behavior should be intervened reasonably. Third, the network environment construction should be strengthened, and the legal norms of the network, the system of norms and the moral and ethical norms should be intensified to ereate a good atmosphere in the network. Fourth, all sectors of society work together to manage the eyberspaee scientifically in accordance with the law.
