摘  要:为了探讨三维超声成像在定性及定量诊断上的准确性和实用价值,对不同形状标本进行两维、三维超声重建研究,显示了不同标本的立体图像,并与实物形态、重量进行比较。结果表明:三维重建图像能直观、逼真地显示各种不同形状标本的形态结构、空间位置关系,与实物基本一致。形态不规则标本三维超声重量测定与实际重量无显著差异;而形态不规则标本两维测定结果与实际值差异显著。三维超声不仅较两维超声更形象、直观地显示病灶整体形态结构、空间位置关系。To determine practical value of threedimensional ultrasound imaging (3DUSI),different shape specimens were studied by twodimensional and 3DUSI. The mass of specimens was calculated by 3D extract technique. Measurement result were compared with actual specimens and 2D. The results showed that 3DUSI study give a clear stereoscopic view of the specimens, it could yield better views not only to show the configuration, morphology of specimens but also to facilitate understanding of spatial relationship from different plane. 3DUSI of specimens are in accordance with actual specimens. 3DUSI overcome the limitations of 2D method, it could help to define spatial location, relationship and extents of the organ and lesions, and it was superior to that of 2D in estimating mass of specimens.
