摘 要:目的采用PCR技术检测Hp.方法83例胃病患者粘膜标本经多聚酶链反应,组织学及快速尿素酶试验进行分析.结果在82例患者中,多聚酶链反应阳性32例(386%),组织病理切片阳性29例(349%),快速尿素酶试验阳性28例(337%).三种方法无统计学差异.存放于尿素酶试剂中的胃粘膜标本不影响多聚酶链反应结果.结论多聚酶链反应是检测Hp的一种敏感性及特异性较强的方法.在将标本送经实验室时无需特殊的运输条件.AIM To detect Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in gastric biopsy by using PCR. METHODS Gastric specimens from 83 patients with gastric diseases were analyzed by histology, rapid urease test and polymerase chain reaction using primers based on specific Hp M r 26000 protein genes. RESULTS Out of 83 patients tested, 32 (38 6%) were Hp positive by PCR, while 29 (34 9%) and 28 (33 7%) cases were positive by histology and rapid urease test, respectively. There were no statistical differences among the 3 tests. It was noted that transportation of gastric specimen placed in urease test reagent did not affect polymerase chain reaction. CONCLUSION Polymerase chain reaction is a sensitive and specific method to detect Hp. It needs no special transportation conditions to send gastric biopsy to laboratory.
