摘　　要：随着核心竞争力在医院管理中的研究及广泛应用,当面对动态变化的环境时医院容易形成核心刚度。从医院核心竞争力的核心刚度的内涵出发,分别对其成因、在医院中的表现以及超越的方式方法进行了全面的分析与探讨,旨在确保医院核心竞争力的持续发展,为患者创造价值。With the core competence being widely used in the research and appliance of hospital management, it is easy for the hospital to from rigidity while confronting the changeable environment. Started with the adept of the rigidity and the core competence of hospital, it comprehensively analyzes and discusses on the causes and reflect in the hospital, also the way to exceed of the rigidity, aimed at maintaining the sustaining competitive development of the core competence of hospital and making a contribution for the patient.
