含青刺果护肤品抗皮肤老化临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价含青刺果提取物的医学护肤品(薇诺娜抗衰老系列产品)抗皮肤老化的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用多中心、随机治疗、前后对照的临床试验方法。经医师临床诊断筛选出93名具有皮肤老化特征的受试者,选择薇诺娜驻颜紧肤防皱霜和薇诺娜驻颜紧肤祛皱眼霜均匀涂抹于面部,每日2次,连续使用3个月,并采用无创性皮肤测试仪在治疗前及治疗后30、60、90 d分别对受试者进行皮肤生理功能测试,对受试者皮肤老化改善程度及安全性进行评估。结果:使用面霜和眼霜90 d后,皮肤老化改善有效率分别为91%及95%,皮肤生理参数(含水量和油脂含量)亦有显著提高,用最小显著差异(LSD)t检验与30d组相比差异具有统计学意义。在90 d的观察期间,使用面霜的不良反应发生率为6%,使用眼霜的不良反应发生率为9%,多为一过性,且程度轻微。结论:含青刺果提取物的医学护肤品对改善皮肤老化具有较好的疗效,且安全性良好。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of the skin care products containing the extract from Prinsepia utilis Royle in antiaging. Methods： A total of 93 subjects with skin aging were enrolled in a multicenter study. The skin care products （facial cream and eye cream） containing the extract from prinsepia utilis royle were applied twice daily for 3 months on the face of subjects. The physiological parameters were measured every month with non-invasive skin biograph. Results： After three- month continuous application, 91% of the subjects using facial cream and 95% of the subjects using eye cream got improvement, and the physiological parameters of the skin （ skin hydration and skin sebum） improved significantly. The adverse reactions were mild and temporary, found in 6% subjects using facial cream and 9% subjects using eye cream. Conclusion： The skin care products containing the extract of prinsepia utilis royle is effective and safe in antiaging.
