扶正散结合剂治疗中晚期肺癌58例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察扶正散结合剂治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法将109例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规放、化疗,治疗组在常规放、化疗基础上加用扶正散结合剂;以临床症状改善、毒副作用、免疫功能指标及1、2、3年生存率为指标进行疗效对比。结果治疗组在改善临床症状、提高生活质量、减轻放化疗反应、提高免疫功能及生存期方面均优于对照组。结论扶正散结合剂可明显抑制肿瘤生长,提高机体免疫功能,改善生活质量,延长生存期。Objective： To observe therapeutic effect of Fuzhengsanjie Mixture on advanced lung cancer. Methods： 109 advanced lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, meanwhile, the treatment group was treated with Fuzhengsanfie Mixture plus ra- diotherapy and chemotherapy. The primary outcomes were clinical symptoms＇ improvement, toxic reaction, immune function and the survival rate of 1, 2, and 3 years. Results： The treatment group was prior to the control group in alleviation reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy as well as improvements of clinical symptom, life quality, immune function and survival period. Conclusion： Fuzhengsanjie Mixture can significantly restrain the tumor growth, increase immune function, improve life quality and extend survival period.
