葶苈泽漆汤联合顺铂治疗肺癌并发胸水临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨葶苈泽漆汤联合顺铂治疗肺癌并发胸水的临床疗效。方法将60例肺癌并发胸水患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组在采用顺铂胸腔灌注的基础上口服葶苈泽漆汤,对照组单用顺铂胸腔灌注。结果治疗组治疗后胸水消退、临床症状缓解及生活质量均明显优于对照组。结论葶苈泽漆汤联合顺铂能有效地控制肺癌并发胸水,延长生存期,改善生活质量。Objective： To research the therapeutic effect of Tinglizeqi Decoction combining cisplatin on pleural effusion supervened after lung cancer. Methods： 60 cases of pleural, effusion supervened after lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was used pleural perfusion with cisplatin on the basis of oral Tinglizeqi Decoction, and the control group was used pleural perfusion with cisplatin only. Resuits： The treatment group was significantly prior to the control group in reducing of pleural effusion, relieving of symptom and improvements of life quality. Conclusion： Tinglizeqi Decoction combining cisplatin can effectively control pleural effusion supervened after lung cancer, extend the survival period and improve life quality.
