摘　　要：目的评价根管治疗中超声冲洗技术的冲洗效果,为临床应用和推广提供依据。方法52例64棵牙根尖周病患者按就诊顺序随机分为超声冲洗组(A组)和注射器冲洗组(B组),比较两组术中疼痛率、根管及侧支根管的充填情况。结果A组术中疼痛率低于B组(P>0.05),A组侧支根管充填率高于B组(P<0.01)。结论超声冲洗可减少术中疼痛的发生,提高侧支根管的充填率,值得在临床推广和应用。Objective To assess the efficacy of ultrasonic irrigetion. Methods Sixty-four teeth with the diagnosis of periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups（ ultrasonic irrigation group, group A and syringe irrigation group, group B） and were evaluated clinically. Results The incidence of pain during irrigation in group A were lower than in group B （ P 〉0.05）. The number of lateral canals in group A were more than that in group B（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Ultrasonic irrigation of the root canal can lose the incidence of pain, improve the number of the lateral canals, and it is worth the promotion and application in clinical.
