摘　　要：目的:研究真核生物胞质伴侣素6A(chaperonin containing TCP1 complex,CCT6A)在结肠直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:58例已明确诊断的结肠直肠癌病人入选,分别用Western印迹法和免疫组化方法检测结肠直肠癌细胞系和结肠直肠癌标本中CCT6A的表达,并分析此表达与病人临床病理间的关系。结果:结肠直肠癌组织中CCT6A的表达明显高于结肠直肠的正常组织,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。CCT6A的表达与结肠直肠癌浸润深度(P<0.01)和肿瘤大小(P<0.05)相关。结论:CCT6A在结肠直肠癌组织中高表达,并与肿瘤浸润深度和肿瘤大小有关,提示CCT6A可作为诊断结肠直肠癌的潜在标记物。Objective To study the expression of ehaperonin containing TCP1 complex 6A（CCT6A） in colorectal cancer （CRC）, and to reveal the correlationship between the expression level of CCT6A and the corresponding clinieopathologieal manifestations of the CRC. Methods Fifty-eight patients with histologically confirmed CRC admitted from March 2005 to May 2008 were selected to enter the study. The CCT6A expression in CRC cells, tumor and non-tumor colorectal tissues were determined by using the Western blot assay at the protein level, and t;CTOA protein was localized by immunohistochemical staining in the CRC cell line and tissue array. Results CCT6A protein expression was detected immunohistoehemieally in 51 of the 58 （87.9%） CRC specimens, which was much higher in tumor tissues than those in the corresponding normal mueosal tissues （P〈0.01）. The CCT6A protein expression level was significantly related to tumor invasion （P〈0.01） and tumor size （P〈0.05）; and was irrelevant to the age, gender, tumor site, staging and metastasis of the cases studied. Conclusions CCT6A might play an important role in the proliferation and invasion of CRC cells, thus it could he used as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of CRC.
