尼美舒利与布洛芬治疗儿童高热的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察尼美舒利治疗儿童高热的退热效果和不良反应。方法:选择3个月～12岁急性上呼吸道感染的发热儿童848例,随机分为2组,治疗组:口服尼美舒利;对照组:口服布洛芬;观察体温变化及不良反应。结果:尼美舒利降温作用优于布洛芬,且维持时间长。结论:尼美舒利治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的发热具有效果快、作用强、不良反应小、使用安全等优点。Objective： To observe the anti-pyrexia effect and adverse reaction of nimesulide on treatment of children＇s high fever. Method： Eight hundreds and forty-eight acute respiratory tract infection induced fever children, ranging from 3 months to 12 years old, were randomly assigned to two groups. Those in the treatment group orally took nimesulide and those in the control group orally took Ibuprofen. Their body temperature and adverse drug reaction were observed. Result： The body temperature lowered effect of nimesulide was superior to that of Ibuprofen, with longer maintenance time. Conclusion： Nimesulide has rapid anti-pyrexia action, less adverse reaction, and safe application in treatment of children＇s high fever inducing by upper respiratory tract infection.
