摘　　要：对甘蔗糖厂堆焊碳化钨蔗刀的刀锋进行显微分析，发现基体金属与堆焊层之间存在过渡带，珠光体增多，无粘接金属，两者结合不牢固。The blade of tungsten carbide surfacing knife was analysed with S-570 SEM,EDAX PV9900 and Shimadzu microhardness tester It was discovered that there was a transitional belt and no sticking metal between marix and surfacing layer, and pearlite was increased It was not firm marix connected with surfacing layer
