摘　　要：马铃薯是世界上仅次于小麦、水稻、玉米之后的第四大粮食作物,以其增产潜力大,营养丰富,加工的食品类型多,将对解决农民温饱、增加农民收入、解决中国粮食安全起到重要作用。笔者对中国发展马铃薯产业的优势进行了初步分析。Potato is the world＇s second only to wheat, rice, corn, after the fourth largest food crop, its yield potential, nutrient - rich, processed foods type more than enough to eat and wear will solve the farmers increase their income, to solve China＇s grain play an important role in security. In this paper, the development of China＇s potato industry to conduct a preliminary analysis of the advantages.
