摘　　要：给出了退化的Hecke代数的幂等元的一些性质,同时给出了幂等元的一个算法.On the knowledge of the Hecke algebras, we give some properties of the idempotents of the degenerate Hecke algebras. For its application, we give an algorithm of idempotents of degerate algebra.
