摘　　要：对肌肉功能的衰老及其康复研究已成为运动医学领域的研究热点,然而对肌细胞衰老进程中的组织学研究还缺少系统的研究材料。目的:探讨衰老大鼠肌细胞的组织学特征。方法:采用组织化学方法对4月龄和17月龄大鼠的肌组织进行研究。结果:发现17月龄大鼠肌组织已出现明显的异常表现,包括肌细胞小群萎缩、细胞核内移、肌细胞圆润化和肌纤维类型的巨大变化。结论:衰老大鼠已出现明显肌肉丢失的迹象,同时,组织学方法是肌肉衰老研究中的有效方法。The muscle function changing and its rehabilitation during aging became the hotspot in sports medicine. While the histology characteristics of aging muscle cell was few reported. Purpose： Explore the histological characteristics of aging muscle cell. Methods： The 4 months and 17 months rats were selected as subjects, and the histochemistry methods were used in muscle cell observation. Results： The small group atrophy, nucleolus centerlizing, muslce cell rounded and the changing of muscle fibro-types were found in 17 months rats. Conclusion： The sarcopenia occurred in 17 months rats, and the histo- chemistry methods was available.
