摘　　要：综述电子级磷酸的应用领域和国内外发展现状,阐述制备高纯磷酸的一些方法,提出采用电渗析法制电子级高纯磷酸,并将试验产品与相关标准进行对照,说明采用电渗析法生产电子级高纯磷酸是可行的。The application and development of electronic-grade phosphoric acid at home and abroad are summarized. The methods of preparing high-purity phosphoric acid are described. Electrodialysis method is recommended for the preparation of electronic-grade high-purity phosphoric acid. The experimental product is compared with the relevant standard, the electrodialysis method is considered applicable for production electronic-grade high-purity phosphoric acid.
