摘　　要：目的:检测儿科专科护士临床培训基地准入指标体系的可操作性。方法:选取重庆市卫生局授权承办"重庆市儿童ICU专科护士培训班"的重庆市某"三甲"儿童专科医院和在重庆地区儿科发展水平较高的某"三甲"综合医院儿科,运用其指标体系以单项指标评价法进行实地评价,依据指标组合权重计算各指标分值及评价得分占满分值的比例。结果:评价得分占指标体系满分值的比例,前者为91.8%,后者为60.6%。两者未满足指标情况主要为:护理人员中、高级职称比例较低;科室床护比未达到卫生部规定标准。结论:其指标体系具有较好的可操作性,权重设置符合实际工作中对于专科护士临床培训基地的要求,可为制定儿科专科护士临床培训基地的统一评审标准提供参考,但还有待于进一步修改和完善。Objective： To check the maneuverability of the access indexes of pediatric specialized nurse clinical training base. Methods： A class 3-A pediatric specialized hospital, which was authorized by Chongqing Health Bureau as the ＂Chongqing municipality city pediatric ICU specialized nurse training base＂, and a pediatrics department in a class 3-A general hospital, which was in high rank in pediatric field in Chongqing city were selected to evaluate with every index of the indexes system. Scores of indexes were calculated according to their combination weight, and the ratio of scores to flail marks as well. Results： The ratio of scores to full marks of the former was 91.8%, the latter was 60.6%.The main indexes which they hadn＇t reached were： the percent of nurses with middle and high grade professional title were low; the ratio of ward bed to nurses hadn＇t reached the standard regulated by the Ministry of Health. Conclusion： The indexes system had good maneuver- ability and the weight of indexes was consistent with the practical requirement of specialized nurse clinical training base. This indexes system could provide reference for unified evaluation indexes of pediatric specialized nurse clinical training base, but still needed further revision and consummation.
