摘　　要：股骨头坏死是临床上常见的难治性疾病,如得不到有效的早期治疗,致残率很高,严重影响患者的生存质量。股骨头坏死各种治疗方法的发展及有效评估均基于良好的股骨头坏死动物模型的建立。本文将股骨头坏死动物实验研究方面的相关文献作一综述,阐述各种股骨头坏死动物模型的制备方法及特点。Osteonecrosis of the femoral head （ONFH） has become a common clinical intractable disease. If effective early treatment is not available, crippling rate is very high, which seriously affects the quality of life. However, both the development of various treatments on ONFH and the validity assessments are based on the establishment of the good ONFH animal models. This article reviewed the research of ONFH animal experiments in recent years, and elaborated various animal model establishing methods and characteristics.
