生物降解吻合环在140例肠吻合术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨生物降解吻合环在肠道吻合术中的应用价值。方法回顾分析2002年1月～2008年7月间140例肠吻合术中使用生物降解吻合环患者的临床资料。结果140例中行小肠-小肠端端吻合术3例,回肠-结肠端端吻合术85例,结肠-结肠端端吻合术34例,结肠-直肠端端吻合术17例,小肠-直肠端端吻合术1例。2例因小肠肠管的口径太小致吻合失败,138例吻合过程顺利。术后发生吻合口漏2例,占1.4%。术后无吻合口出血及吻合口狭窄,无手术死亡。结论肠吻合术时使用吻合环具有操作简便快捷,效果安全可靠等优点。Objective To explore the clinical application of biofragrnentable anastomosis ring in intestinal anastomosis. Methods The clinical data of 140 patients who underwent biofragmentable anastomosis ring treatment for intestinal anastomosis between January 2002 to July 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 140 eases, jejunojejunostomy was performed in 3 patients, ileocolostomy in 85 patients, colocolostomy in 34 patients, colorectostomy in 17 patients and ileorectostomy in 1 patients. Two of the anastomosis were failed because of the diameter of the intestinal was too small and 138 of the anastomosis could be performed smoothly. There were anastomotic leakage in 2 （ 1.4% ）. No anstomotic bleeding and stenosis occured after operation. There was no operative death. Conclusion Intestinal anastomosis with biofragmentable ring is simple, rapid, and safe.
