摘 要:目的探讨半枝莲多糖(SPS)的抗肝癌作用及其机制。方法建立小鼠移植瘤模型,采用荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率检测SPS对H22肝癌小鼠的抗肿瘤作用;制备荷瘤小鼠脾细胞悬液,检测SPS对脾淋巴细胞增殖和脾细胞分泌IL-2和TNF-α的影响。结果SPS在50~200 mg/(kg·d)范围内可抑制小鼠H22肝癌的生长,促进荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖,提高脾细胞分泌IL-2和TNF-α的水平。结论SPS可能是通过增强机体免疫功能达到治疗肿瘤的功效。To study the anti - hepatocarcinoma effect of Scutellaria barbata Polysaccharides and its mechanism. Methods The bearing tumor mouse model with Hepatoma -22 was established, and the inhibitory rate of SPS was detected. The spleen cells from H22 - bearing mice were cultured in vitro, and the proliferation of lymphocytes was detected. Furthermore, IL - 2 and TNF - α in the clalture supernatants were detected by ELISA assay. Result SPS at 50 -200 mg · kg^-1 . d^- 1 inhibited the development of transplanted tumor in mice, stimulated the proliferation of lymphocytes, and activated mouse spleen cells to secrete IL - 2 and TNF - α significantly. Conclusion SPS inhibits the development of transplanted tumor in mice evidently, which may be mediated by enhancing the function of immune cells.
