固原市10个小区老年人健康状况及社区护理需求分析

摘　　要：目的了解固原市城区老年人健康状况及对社区卫生资源的需求情况,以期为老年人开展城区社区卫生服务提供依据。方法采用自编问卷对固原市10个小区内442名60～80岁老年人进行调查。结果老年人中慢性病患病率前4位依次是骨关节病(31.4%)、高血压(27.6%)、冠心病(13.6%)、糖尿病(7.2%);不良生活方式主要为缺乏体育锻炼(26.7%)、吸烟(32.8%)、喜吃甜食(30.5%)、经常吃过热食物(33.5%);居民患病未就诊原因中以经济困难者最多,占23.6%。社区护理需求中,以上门服务(26.9%)和体格检查为主(26.9%)。结论固原市城区老年人健康状况不甚理想,存在较多不良生活方式,社区卫生服务内容单一,社区护理需求多样化,接受社区卫生服务顺应性较差。针对上述问题应立足本地,完善社区卫生服务体系的同时加强社区健康教育宣传、慢性病管理,建立新型医疗保障体系,提高老年人接受社区卫生服务顺应性,促进老年人健康。Objective To learn about the health status of the elderly in Guyuan and their demand for nursing service, and thus to provide the basis for offering community health services for the elderly. Methods By means of the self-designed questionnaire, a survey was made with 442 seniors aged between 60 to 80 in the 10 districts in Guyuan. Results Among the subjects, the top four chronic diseases were osteoarthrosis （31.4%）, hypertension （27.6%）, coronary heart disease （13.6%）, and diabetes mellitus （7.2%）. And the un- healthy ways of life were mainly lack of physical exercises （26.？%）, smoking （32.8%）, having a sweet tooth （30.5%） and frequent taking of over-heated foods （33.5%）. Of the patients not seeking the medical treatment, most had economic difficulties, accounting for 23.6%. In terms of the demand for community nursing service, home service and physical check-up were predominant, each accounting for 26.9%. Conclusion The health status of the elderly in Guyuan is less than ideal. Many unhealthy ways of life were present, the items of community health services were diversity, the service demand was low, and the compliance with the services was poor. Thus, in light of the local situation, the community health service system needs to be improved, and at the same time, community health education and publicity and management of chronic diseases should be beefed up, a new medical insurance system should be established, and the elderly＇s compliance to community nursing services needs to be increased, to improve their health status.
