烟夜蛾滞育蛹和非滞育蛹氨基酸含量的比较研究

摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱仪分析了烟夜蛾预蛹及化蛹初期的滞育蛹和非滞育蛹体内和血淋巴中的游离氨基酸种类及含量.结果表明,在化蛹初期(化蛹9 d内),滞育蛹血淋巴中氨基酸总量逐渐增加,而正常发育的非滞育蛹血淋巴氨基酸总量逐渐减少;精氨酸、脯氨酸、赖氨酸、缬氨酸等在滞育诱导的预蛹及滞育蛹血淋巴中含量丰富,且均表现出随滞育时间延长而增加的趋势,因此推测这些氨基酸可能与滞育蛹的抗寒性有关.经滞育诱导的蛹体内氨基酸总量在化蛹初期缓慢增加,正常发育的蛹在化蛹后氨基酸总量迅速下降,羽化前又急剧增加.Contents of free amino acids in the haemolymph and bodies of prepupae, diapause and nondiapause pupae of tobacco budworm were analyzed with HPLC. The results showed that contents of free amino acids in the haemolymph of diapause pupae increased during the early days after pupation, but decreased in the haemolymph of non-diapause pupae. Contents of arginine, praline, lysine and valine were abundant in the haemolymph of diapause pupae and prepupae induced by diapause conditions, and revealed an increasing trend as the diapause developing,suggesting that these amino acids are related with cold hardiness of diapause pupae. Total contents of free amino acids in the bodies of pupae induced by diapause increased slowly,but declined rapidly in the non-diapause bodies after pupation, and increased rapidly before eclosion.
