摘 要:采用紫外-可见分光光度法考察异槲皮苷含量在高温、高湿及强光照射的影响下随时间变化的规律,并采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定室温下异槲皮苷饱和水溶液的溶解度.结果显示,在高温、高湿及强光照射条件下,异槲皮苷含量分别下降了6.54%、5.37%和2.57%.在室温下,异槲皮苷的饱和水溶液溶解度仅为25.9μg·mL^-1.异槲皮苷性质比较稳定,在水中几乎不溶解.The stability and aqueous solubility of isoquercitrin were studied by UV-vis spectroscopy. The stability of isoquereitrin were investigated under the condition of high temperature, high moisture and strong light by UV-vis spectroscopy, respectively. The calculation of saturation solubility of isoquercitrin was performed in distilled water. The content of isoquercitrin was decreased by 6.54%,5.37 % to 2.57% under the conditions of high temperature,high moisture and strong light respectively, which indicated isoquercitrin was relatively stable under these conditions. The aqueous solubility of isoquercitrin showed that it was very hydrophobic,which was only 25.9 μg·mL^-1 at room temperature.
