广东冬种马铃薯品种引种试验初报

摘　　要：对荷兰七号、大西洋2个马铃薯品种在广东进行了引种试验。试验结果表明,荷兰七号的生育期适中,产量为30828kg/hm2,大中薯占70%以上,品质好,是适宜广东冬种的较好品种;大西洋的产量为12483kg/hm2,大中薯率低,其还原糖、淀粉含量分别为0.31%,23.01%,可适当引种。Introducing trial of Dutch potato cultivar Favarita and the American potato cuhivar Atlantic were conducted in Guangdong. The results showed that the whole growing period of the Dutch potato cultivar Favarita was moderate. The yield of Favarita reached 30 828 kg/hm^2. The rate of large and medium-sized tubers was more than 70% and its quality was good. So it is suitable for planting in winter season in Guangdong. The yield of the American potato cuhivar Atlantic was only 12 483 kg/hm^2 and the rate of large and medium-sized tubers was low. But the content of reducing sugar and starch of Atlantic＇s potato was 0.31% and 23.01%, respectively, and higher than that of Favarita. The potato cultivar At- lantic can be promoted moderately for planting in winter season in Guangdong.
