人体十二经脉井穴电阻比值与疾病相关性研究

摘　　要：经络诊断是中医经络理论与现代电子技术相结合的一种中医诊断方法,具有较为广泛的应用价值。目的:测量健康人两侧同名经井穴电阻比值的范围,并将其作为标准,研究经络诊断在临床上是否存在一定的意义。方法:应用电阻比值测定仪对60例健康受试者的十二经脉同名经井穴电阻比值进行测定,并以其作为标准,与20例病人及3例更年期患者的测定结果进行统计学t检验及信息熵分析。结果:通过对健康受试者的测定,发现其测量值正常范围在1.15～0.77之间;与病人及更年期患者的测定结果进行比较,经统计学t检验及信息论中信息熵的分析,发现其与健康受试者存在显著性差异。结论:通过对人体十二经脉井穴电阻比值的研究,可以认为经络诊断方法在临床诊断上存在一定的意义。Diagnosis through the Channels is a new method combining traditional Chinese medicine with modern science.Objective: To search for a more simple method for diagnosis through the Channels and apply it in clinic practice.Methods: Through testing the LRP of 60 cases of the healthier’ 12 regular channel’ Jingxue,and 20 cases treated with the same method were used as controls.Results :Through testing we discovers its normal area is between 0.77 to 1.15.Analyzing the consequence by statisticst text,significance differences between the patient and the healthier.Conclusion: Significance differences between the patients and the healthier.The improved method is of more advantages than the traditional method,being a development of traditional method for diagnostic diseases.
