摘 要:目的探讨MRA与MRI联合检查对脑梗死的应用价值。方法对80例脑梗死患者行MRI平扫及MRA扫描检查,并对MRA原始图像进行MIP重建。结果80例患者均获得了清晰的MRI及MRA图像,用每一个患者的这两种检查所得图像相对比,总结分析其优缺点。结论MRI显示脑梗死部位,MRA显示梗死部位的血供情况,这为临床了解病情及诊断、治疗提供重要依据。Objective To discuss the application value of MRA and MRI'S joint inspection To cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were examined with MRI and MRA scan technique, and the 80 MRA images were reconstructed. Results All of the patients obtained clear MRI and MRA images. We can summarize the advantages and disadvantages by commpany these two kinds of images obtained through inspection. Conclusion MRI can show the infarctional place, MRA can show the condition of blood-supply In one' s infarctional place. It provides important proof for clinical treatment.
