摘 要:吸塑工艺已成为薄壳塑件成型的最佳工艺。提出了一套基于新型免涂装复合塑料板材(PMMA+ABS)吸塑成型大型薄壳类塑料汽车零件的技术,包括:吸塑模具设计、吸塑成型工艺、吸塑零件的切割、吸塑汽车零件与注塑成型的固定部分连接工艺。进行了吸塑汽车零件与注塑汽车零件的成本、效率比较,得出利用免涂装复合塑料板材吸塑成型大型薄壳类零件会大大降低成本,简化成型工艺,减少环境污染。The plastic sucking process has been the best process for thin-shell plastic product. Based on a new nonspraying compound plastic sheet (PMMA + ABS ) , a set of feasible technologies of sucking forming large-size and thin-shell plastic auto parts are presented. These technologies include : sucking mold designing, sucking forming process, sucking parts' cutting, joint process of sucking part and injection molding part used for fixing, and comparison of cost and efficiency between sucking parts and injection molding parts. Finally, draw a conclusion: using non-spraying compound plastic sheet for sucking forming large-size and thin-shell plastic auto parts can greatly reduce cost, simplify forming process, and reduce environmental pollution.
