摘 要:采用一种新的不需要参考时钟输入的频率锁定环路结构,设计了一种基于频率-电压变换器的频率可调高精度时钟振荡器。通过电路补偿,减少工艺和温度对频率的影响。系统输出时钟的频率范围为22.5~360MHz,最坏情况下的变化小于±4.5%。电路采用GSMC0.13μm CMOS1P8M工艺的3.3V器件实现,核心版图面积约为0.05mm2。版图后仿真表明,在3.3V电源电压和200MHz输出频率下,时钟的抖动峰-峰值为25ps,锁定时间为2μs,功耗为5mW。A frequency-tunable high precision clock oscillator was designed based on frequency-to-voltage converter(FVC). A new architecture of frequency locked loop (FLL) was employed, which requires no reference frequency input, and a compensation circuit was implemented to reduce process- and temperature-induced frequency variations. The tuning range of output clock frequency was from 22. 5 MHz to 360 MHz, with no more than ±4. 5% of variation in worst cases. Implemented in GSMC's 0. 13 tan CMOS 1P8M process, the circuit occupies a chip area of about 0. 05 mm^2. Post simulation showed that, operating at 3. 3 V supply voltage with 5 mW of power and 200 MHz of output frequency, the oscillator had a peak-to-peak jitter of 25 ps and a locking time of 2μs.
