摘  要:提出了采用遗传算法对N路双频功率分配器进行优化设计。N路双频功率分配器的结构由N个两节阻抗变换器和N个隔离电阻组成。首先,对功率分配器电路的理想传输线模型进行偶-奇模分析,并在遗传算法中加入最优保持操作、变概率的交叉和变异操作,解决遗传算法早熟收敛的问题,避免复杂的公式推导,快速、高效地得到优化结果。使用射频仿真软件ADS,对得到的器件结构参数进行仿真分析。结果显示,所有端口均具有良好的匹配,隔离度满足应用要求。An optimized design of microstrip N-way dual-frequency power divider by genetic algorithm was proposed, which was composed of N two-section transmission line transformers and N isolated resistors. Ideal transmission-line model of power divider was analyzed in even-odd mode, and optimal parameters were obtained by genetic algorithm. The elitist strategy and crossover & mutation of changing probability were preserved to prevent premature convergence and avoid the complex formula for achieving optimization results rapidly and efficiently. Optimized parameters of the power divider was verified by RF simulation software ADS. Results showed that impedance matches all ports and isolation degree meets application requirements.
