豫医无毛小鼠正常肝脏功能指标的测定

摘　　要：对河南医科大学实验动物中心培育的豫医无毛小鼠(YYHL)肝脏功能正常指标进行测定,结果表明所测8项指标中雌雄小鼠间无显著性差异。ALT,AL值高于文献报导的正常昆明鼠。G值偏低,AKP,TBIL,TP与文献报导基本一致,提示豫医无毛小鼠部分肝脏功能指标正常值已发生改变。The nomal liver functioning markers of Yuyi hairless mice which were raised by the Laboratory Animal Center of Henan Medical University had been tested. The results show that 8 markers have no clear differences bettween male and female. ALT and AL level are higher than that of Kunming mice which can be found in references, but G level is lower. AKP,TBIL and TP are similiar to KM mice. These results show that some nomal liver functioning markers have changed
