甘露醇对家兔脑脊液中卡铂浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的通过测定家兔脑脊液中卡铂的含量,观察静脉快速注射甘露醇后对卡铂透过血脑屏障的影响。方法将20只家兔随机分为2组,每组10只,对照组只静脉注射卡铂,实验组静脉注射20%甘露醇后再注射卡铂。2组注射卡铂10 min后采取脑脊液标本,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测其浓度。结果实验组卡铂脑脊液浓度明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t=33.05,P<0.05)。结论输注20%甘露醇后可以使卡铂透过血脑屏障的量增加。Objective To explore the effect rapid intravenous administration of mannitol on permeability of earboplatin （CBP） through blood-brain harrier （BBB）. Methods 20 adult rabbits were randomized into control group and experimental group. For the control group,only carboplatin was administered intravenously. For the experimental group, 20% mannitol and arboplatin were administered intravenously in turn. The cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） samples of two groups were respectively taken 10 minutes after adminisrtation of earboplatin,and the levels of carboplatin were measured by HPLC. Results The carboplatin level in CSF of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （t=33.05,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous administration of 20% mannitol could bolster the permeability of carboplatin through EBB,hence the carboplatin level in CSF ascends.
