下唇麻痹的星状神经节阻滞和电针灸疗法临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗阻生齿拔除术诱发下唇麻痹后疗效。方法病程在1个月以内60例患者随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,病程在3个月至1年的患者60例随机分为Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,各组均为30例;Ⅰ、Ⅲ组采用SGB治疗,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组采用SGB和电针灸疗法治疗。结果经过12次SGB治疗后,Ⅰ组28例恢复正常,2例良好;Ⅱ组26例恢复正常,4例良好;2组优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过18次SGB治疗后,Ⅲ组24例恢复正常,5例良好,1例无效;Ⅳ组23例恢复正常,6例良好,1例无效;2组优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阻生齿拔除术诱发下唇麻痹后,应尽早进行治疗,SGB是其理想的治疗方法之一,电针灸可起到辅助治疗作用。Objective To examine the therapeutic effect stellate ganglion block plus electroacupuncture on paralysis third lower molar. Methods Sixty patients having paralysis operation were randomly divided into two groups,group Ⅰ an of stellate ganglion of lower lip induced of lower lips in one d group Ⅱ. Yet anoth block （SGB） or by extraction of month after the er sixty patients suffering from paralysis of lower lips from three months to one year after the operation were also randomly divided into two groups,groupⅢ and group Ⅳ. Group Ⅰ and Ⅲ were treated with SGB alone, while roup Ⅱ and Ⅳ were treated with SGB plus electroacupuncture. Each group consisted of thirty patients. Results After SGB treatment for twelve times,twenty-eight patients recovered and two improved in group Ⅰ; twenty-six patients recovered in group Ⅱ and four improved. There were no statistic difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ （P〉0. 05）. After SGB treatment for eigh teen times, twenty-four patients recovered, five improved, and one was not responsive in groupⅢ; twenty-three patients recovered, six patients improved and one was not responsive in group Ⅳ. There was no statistic difference between groupⅢ and group Ⅳ （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The earlier patients accept the SGB treatment, the sooner they will get cured. SGB treatment pro-duced better therapeutic effect for paralysis of lower lips, and electroacupuncture could only serve as a accessory treatment.
