子宫内膜样腺癌和子宫内膜不典型增生组织中Maspin蛋白的表达研究

摘　　要：目的研究Maspin蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌和子宫内膜不典型增生组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测67例子宫内膜样腺癌和30例子宫内膜不典型增生以及18例正常子宫内膜组织中Maspin蛋白的表达情况。结果Maspin蛋白在正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜不典型增生、子宫内膜样腺癌中的阳性表达分别为3例(16.67%)、12例(40.00%)、46例(68.66%),3组相比,差异有显著性(χ2=18.17,P<0.05);正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜不典型增生中Maspin蛋白大部分定位于细胞核(分别为66.7%和58.3%,两者定位于细胞质的阳性表达率共为40.00%),而子宫内膜样腺癌中绝大部分定位于细胞质(73.9%)(χ2=5.763,P<0.05)。结论Maspin蛋白的表达与子宫内膜癌的发生与发展有关,其亚细胞定位于细胞核可能为良性讯号,而定位于细胞质中则可能提示恶性病情。Objective To investigate the expression of Maspin and its significance in endometrium adenocarcinoma. Methods A immunohistochemical method of S-P was used to detect Maspin in 67 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, 30 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium,and 18 cases of normal endometrium tissue. Results The positive expression rates of Maspin protein in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, and endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissue were respectively 3 cases （16. 67%）,12 cases （40.00%）,and 46 cases （68.66%）. There was significant difference between three groups （Χ^2= 18. 17,P〈0.05）;Most of he positive expression of Maspin protein were located in nucleus in normal endometrium tissue and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium （66.7% ,58.3% respeetively） ,the total positive expression rates of cytoplasmic staining was 40. 00%, but in endometrioid adenocarcinoma, 73. 9% were cytoplasmic staining, there was significant difference that the cytoplasmic staining positive expression rates of Maspin protein between the two samples（Χ^2=5. 763,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The positive expression rates of Maspin protein may be related to the development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and the cytoplasmic expression of Maspin may suggest a malignant transformation of human endometrial tissue.
