酮康唑洗剂微生物限度检查方法的建立与验证

摘　　要：目的为有效检出酮康唑洗剂中的微生物方法。采用薄膜过滤法,以含5%乙醇的0.1%无菌蛋白胨溶液为冲洗剂,对酮康唑洗剂进行微生物限度检查。结果表明各验证菌回收率在70%以上。结论表明本方法可用于该制结论生物限度检查。Objective To eliminate the antibacterial activity of ketoconazole, so as to effectively detect the microorganismin the ketoconazole lotion. Methods The pellicular fitration method was adopted. The 5% ethanol＇s 0. 1% peptone solution was used to rinse the ketoconazole lotion for the microbial limit tests. Results The average recoveriesexceeded 70%. Concluison This method is feasible.
