70岁以上食管癌贲门癌的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的评价高龄食管贲门癌的手术治疗。方法回顾分析４９例７０岁以上食管癌贲门癌的术前检查和处理、手术方法、术后并发症的防治及近期效果。结果手术切除率为１００％。术后严重并发症的发生率为１２．２％。围术期死亡率为２％。与６９岁以下年龄组相比均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），９３．８％的病人术后生活质量均有明显提高。结论对高龄贲门癌。bjective To evaluate the surgical treatment of the elderly patients with cancer of the esophagus and cardia. Methods Retrospectively reviewed and analyzed the preoperative investigation and management,the operative procedures,postoperative management and the shortterm result of 49 patients over 70 years old. Results Resectability was 100%.Rate of postoperative major complications was 122%.Perioperative mortality was 2%.The rates mentioned had no significant difference in compare with those groups under 69 (P>005).In addition,the life quality of 938% of the patients had obvious improvement. Conclusion Surgical treatment was positively indicated for the elderly patients with cancer of the esophagus and cardia.
