摘  要:通过对生产直链烷基苯的烷基化装置进行参数调整和数据统计,分析了氢氟酸藏量少引起酸再生塔塔底液相温度的变化及对物料消耗的影响,计算出了烷基化装置反应系统中合适的酸藏量应在81.7t~104.5t,氢氟酸沉降器中界面指示应控制在8.62%~16.79%,并给出了判断酸藏量的具体方法和措施。然后利用回归分析方法研究了氢氟酸中含水量与沉降时间的关系并进行了验证,结果得到二者间具有线性负相关的结论,并给出线性方程Y=49.195X-0.6657。Through the adjustment and investigation of process parameters and operating data of a LAB plant in Fushun Detergent Chemical, the effects of hydrofluoric acid holding capacity in the HF alkylation system to bottom liquid phase temperature of the HF regenerator and the consumption of raw material were studied. The results showed that suitable hydrofluoric acid holding capacity should be kept in scope of 81.7t—104.5t,and the interfacial level of oil phase and acid phase in the HF settler should be kept in scope of 8.62%—16.79%. Methods for monitoring and control of the acid holding capacity were provided. Relation between water content in the hydrofluoric acid and the settling time required were studied by regression analysis. A regression equation Y=49.195X^-0.6657 was established where X refers to water content in the hydrofluoric acid and Y refers to settling time required.
