宫颈癌多层CT增强扫描的时相分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈癌CT增强扫描的时相。材料与方法:25例患者中,有9例行同层动态增强扫描,根据时间-密度曲线,观测CT图像中宫颈癌开始明显增强的时间、峰值时间和峰值后的持续时间。有16例患者行多层动态增强扫描,其中11例选择开始注药后约90 s启动扫描,另外5例分别选择开始注药后70 s和120 s进行两个序列的增强扫描。结果:9例同层动态增强扫描中,在注射造影剂23 s±2 s开始上升,其中8例癌肿密度开始明显增强的时间为60 s±3 s,1例在67 s。达到峰值的时间为93 s±5 s;之后形成一个相对稳定且持续时间较长的平台期。16例多层动态增强扫描中,其中11例在约90 s高峰时段内扫描,癌肿增强比率高,且增强特征明显;有5例行双期扫描,延时约70 s时动脉显影比率较高,120 s时静脉期显影比率高,癌肿在70 s时能够显示大部分影像细节,120 s能显示更多的影像细节。结论:宫颈癌增强CT扫描明显强化开始时间较迟,持续时间较长。注射造影剂后90 s-120 s开始扫描,能够确保宫颈癌有效影像资料的完整与清晰。Purpose：To detect the phase of CT enhancement scanning of uterine cervix cancer.Materials and Methods：among the 25 patients,9 patients received the same layer dynamic enhancement scanning.According to the time-density curve,to observe the enhancement time,peak value time and post-peak value duartion of uterine cervix cancer in the CT image.16 patients received multilayer dynamic enhancement scanning,11 of them were scanned about 90s after drug injection,and 5 of them received two series of enhancement scanning at about 70s and 120s separately.Results：In scanning of the same layer dynamic enhancement for 9 patients,after the contrast agent was injected about 23s±2s,it began to rise,cancer in 8 of them began to be enhanced at about 60s±3s,one case at 67s.The peak value time is 93 s±5s.Then a relative stable and flat stage appeared and listed for a quite long time.In the 16 patients receiving multilayer dynamic enhancement scanning,11 of them received scanning at about 90s of peak value time,and the cancer enhancement rate was high with apprent features.5 of them received double phase scanning,the artery phase rate was high at about 70s and the venous phase rate was high at about 120s.Most image detail of cancer could be visualized at 70s and more image detail was disclosed at 120s.Conclusion：The apparent enhancement CT scanning of uterine cervix cancer started quite late,but listed for long period of time.After the contrast media was injected at 90s-120s,scanning was performed,which can that the effective images of uterine cervix cancer are complete and clear.
