女大学生心理障碍的原因分析与疏导策略

摘　　要：从一名大学生政治思想工作者的视角出发,探析女大学生在学习、工作、恋爱、环境适应、人际交往、就业选择等方面表现出的较为鲜明的困惑和障碍,并提出几点疏导策略。From the view of a moral educator,this article analyzed the obvious puzzles and obstacle of the female college students in study,work,love,acclimatization,interpersonal communication and employment choice,etc and put forward a fewguidance tactics.
