摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜样腺癌组织中真核细胞翻译起始因子4E(eIF4E)的表达情况及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测124例子宫内膜样腺癌及20例正常子宫内膜组织中eIF4E的表达情况,同时结合患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果:子宫内膜样腺癌和正常子宫内膜组织中eIF4E的阳性表达率分别为72.6%和5.0%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000<0.05)。eIF4E的表达与肿瘤组织分化程度明显相关(P=0.039<0.05),而与FIGO分期无明显相关(P=0.296>0.05)。结论:过度表达的eIF4E可能作为判断子宫内膜恶变及恶性程度的分子标志。Objective：To investigate the expression of eukaryotic initiation factor 4E （elF4E） in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and its significance. Methods： The expression of eIF4E in both 124 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of normal endometria, which was detected by immunohistochemistry, was analyzed in combination with these patients＇ clinical pathological data. Results： The positive rate of eIF4E expression in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and normal endometria was 72. 6% and 5. 0%, respectively, and this difference had the statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. The eIF4E expression showed significant correlation with the grade of tumor differentiation （P = 0. 039）, but no significant correlation with FIGO staging （P = 0. 296）. Conclusion： The overexpression of eIF4 E in endometria could serve as a molecular mark judging the malignancy and grading malignancy.
