摘  要:将46枚大小介于1mm×0.5mm×0.5mm~5mm×3mm×2mm的非磁性异物(非金属异物34枚,金属异物12枚)放入23只兔的46眼玻璃体内,并在置入异物2h内完成CT和MRI扫描。结果:CT检出玻璃体异物阳性率为91%(42/46),MRIT1WI、PDWI、T2WI和Flash2d序列检出玻璃体异物的阳性率分别为63%(29/46)、87%(40/46)、100%(46/46)和100%(46/46);4枚塑料异物CT未显示,而MRI正确诊断;12枚金属异物中11枚CT图像上有线束状伪迹,而MRI则无。结果提示:CT和MRI均是检出眼内非铁磁性异物的有效方法,2者联合应用,可提高眼内异物的检出率及定位准确率;MRI检出木质和塑料异物优于CT;? To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT and MRI for intraocular foreign bodies (FB),46 nonmagnetic FB were inserted into 46 vitreous bodies of 23 rabbits.Of 46 nonmagnetic FB,34 were nonmetallic and 12 were metallic.CT and MRI examinations in all rabbits were accomplished within 2 hours after operation.Dimensions of FB varied from 1 mm×0.5 mm×0.5 mm to 5 mm×3 mm×2 mm.The positive rates of 46 nonmagnetic intravitreous FB on CT,T1WI,PDWI,T2WI and Flash2d sequence of MRI were 91%,63%,87%,100% and 100% respectively.Four plastic FB were seen on MRI, but not on CT.Beamhardening artifacts were found on CT in 11 of 12 metallic FB,but not on MRI.Our results demonstrated that CT or MRI was an effective method for detecting intraocular FB.When CT and MRI were used at the same case,locative accuracy and detective positive rate of intraocular FB were improved.MRI was superior to CT in detecting wooden and plastic intraocular FB.T2WI of SE sequence and Flash2d sequence were the choice sequence for detecting intravitreous FB.
