摘 要:将硅胶带、硅胶海绵、人工晶状体、甲基纤维素和硅油置入4只兔的8眼内和眼球周围,探讨其CT和MRI表现。植入物置入后2h内完成CT和MRI。MRI选用SE序列T1WI、PDWI、T2WI和Flash2d序列。结果:3枚硅胶带和2枚人工晶状体CT未显示,MRI呈低信号全部显示;3枚硅胶海绵CT显示低密度,MRI呈低信号,均被检出;玻璃体内硅油CT呈高密度,T1WI和PDWI呈高信号,T2WI和Flash2d序列呈低信号而被检出;眼房和玻璃体内甲基纤维素CT和MRI均未显示。结果提示:CT和MRI均是检出玻璃体内硅油和眶内硅胶海绵的有效方法,检出眶内硅胶带和眼内人工晶状体以MRI为优;? In order to explore the CT and MRI manifestations of common eye implants,some implants including silicagel belt,silicagel sponge,artificial lens,methyl cellulose and silicon oil were inserted into 8 intraand periocular areas of 4 rabbits.CT and MRI were accomplished within 2 hours after the implants were successfully implanted.T1WI,PDWI,T2WI of SE sequence and Flash2d sequence were used in this experiment.Three pieces of silicagel belt and 2 artificial lens undetected by CT were all found on MRI,which were hypointensity on MRI.Three pieces of silicagel sponge revealed on CT and MRI,and they were hypodensity on CT and hypointensity on MRI.Intravitreous silicon oil exhibited on CT and MRI,but it was hyperdensity on CT,hyperintensity on T1WI and PDWI of SE sequence and hypointensity on T2WI of SE sequence and Flash2d sequence.Intravitreous and intracamera methyl cellulose weren′t found on CT and MRI.Our results demonstrated that CT or MRI was an effective method for revealing intravitreous silicon oil and intraorbital silicagel sponge,but for detection of intraorbilal silicagel belt and intraocular lens MRI was better.It was difficult to find intraocular methyl cellulose by CT and MRI.
