摘 要:目的研究职业紧张对教职人员工作满意度的影响及其在不同工作部门间的差异。方法运用工作内容量表(JCQ)在对云南省某高校1244名教职工进行横断面调查的基础上,分析教职人员在不同工作部门间职业紧张主要模块得分及工作满意度分布上的差异,同时运用logistic回归研究对工作满意度可能产生影响的各种职业紧张因素。结果高校教职工在职业紧张主要模块的得分上存在部门间差异(P<0.01);职业紧张程度的增加与工作满意度的下降之间有显著关联(P<0.01或P<0.05),并可见一定的剂量-效应关系;教学科研部门、行政管理部门和后勤服务部门之间导致工作满意度下降的职业紧张因素不尽相同。结论职业紧张对高校教职人员的工作满意度已经产生一定影响;提倡通过增加社会支持等措施来改善这一群体的工作环境,以降低职业紧张的程度。[ Objective] To investigate the effect of occupational stress on university staff's job satisfaction and the difference among different departments. [ Methods ] Job content questionnaire (JCQ) was adopted to conduct a cross-sectional survey on 1244 staff of a university of Yunnan, the differences of scores of main dimensions and job satisfaction distribution among staff in different depart- ments was analyzed, and the logistic regression study was conducted on the occupational stress which potentially affect job satisfac- tion. [ Results] The difference existed in the scores of main dimensions of occupational stress among departments ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; there was significant correlation between occupational stress and job satisfaction ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ), and the dose-response relationships could be observed. The risk factors to job satisfaction were different among the teaching and research department, administration, logistic service division. [ Conclusion] The occupational stress has affected the job dissatisfaction among university staff; social support should be taken into account to improve the working environment of this group, and to reduce the occupational stress.
