摘 要:基于效率的定义研究了平动齿轮传动啮合效率。针对平动齿轮的运动特点,分别对啮合点位于节点前与节点后时内、外平动齿轮增速与减速传动的啮合效率函数进行了推导,并证明了其在整个啮合区间上的连续性。利用连续函数的积分中值定理,分别推导出了节点内啮合与节点外啮合的内、外平动齿轮增速与减速传动啮合效率计算公式,并证明了其正确性,为平动齿轮传动装置的效率设计与预测提供了依据。通过实例得出平动齿轮增速及减速传动具有很高啮合效率的结论。Parallel move gear transmission meshing efficiency is researched based on the definition of efficiency.According to parallel move gear kinematic characteristic,the meshing point efficiency functions on internal and external parallel move gear mechanism which act respectively as speed reducing or increasing during the zone,divide by the pitch point,before the pitch point and after the pitch point are presented.It's proved that the functions are continuous in the whole meshing zone.Considering two instance of meshing zone inside and outside pitch point,internal and exterior parallel move gear mechanism meshing efficiency calculating formula,both acting as speed reducing and increasing,are achieved based on midpoint's principle of continuous function integrating.It's proved both theoretically and experimentally that the formula is authentic.It's useful to study the efficiency of parallel move gear mechanism.
