摘 要:目的了解河南省驻马店市大、中专院校及中学食堂餐具消毒的概况。方法随机抽取学校消毒后餐具,用大肠菌群快速纸片法和增菌的方法对餐具上的大肠菌群和致病菌进行检测。结果餐具消毒合格率在90%以上,540件餐具中,39件检出大肠菌群,超标率为7.22%。结论驻马店市大、中专院校及中学食堂的餐具消毒合格率尚未达到100%,还应加强学校食堂的饮食卫生工作。[ Objective] To understand the disinfection of dishware in dinning halls of colleges and secondary schools of Zhumadian City of Henan. [ Methods ] Tableware after disinfection were randomly selected, rapid paper strip method and bacteria increasing method were adopted to detect coliform and pathogenic bacteria on tableware. [ Results] The qualified rate was over 90% ; of 540 tableware, 39 (7.2 2% )were detected coliform. [ Conclusion]the qualified rates of disinfection of dishware in dinning hails of colleges and secondary schools do not reach 100%, it is still necessary to strengthen food hygiene in school canteens.
