肠缺血再灌注对肠粘膜屏障损害的超微结构研究

摘　　要：以犬绞窄性肠梗阻为模型,应用扫描电镜研究肠缺血再灌注对肠粘膜屏障的损害及意义.结果肠缺血再灌注后,小肠粘膜损害呈进行性加重,肠粘膜屏障功能进一步受损.表明肠缺血再灌注所致的肠粘膜屏障功能损害是导致细菌移位、肠源性感染的重要因素.In order to study the mucosal barrier failure of intestinal ischemia and reperfusion,an exper-mental model of canine intestinal strangulation was established. The results, showed that progre-ssively severe mucosal injury occurred after reperfusion of the ischemic intestine,leading to a furthet increase of the mucosal barrier failure. It was indicated that the mucosal barrier function injury following reperfusion of ischemic intestine may primarily contribute to the translocation of bacteria and systemic infection.
