励精图治 克难奋进 努力开创我省电大教育新局面  

Making determined efforts and overcoming difficulties to advanc Opening up new situations hardly for Broadcast & TV universities' education of our province

摘　　要：在发展低谷时期,湖北电大励精图治,克难奋进,办学规模连年翻番,内涵建设成效明显。主要的做法和体会包括四个方面:(1)坚持解放思想、更新观念,不断增强发展动力;(2)坚持激活系统、形成合力,不断夯实发展根基;(3)坚持深化改革、强化管理,不断提升发展内涵;(4)坚持内抓班子,外谋支持,不断优化发展环境。In the low point of development, HuBei Broadcast ＆ TV universities making determined efforts and overcoming difficulties to advance. Their scale of school running was doubled for years, and the construction of inner qualities achieved much. The main ways and experience contain four aspects （1）Upholding emancipating the mind and keeping pace with the times, strengthening motive force of development continiously;（2）Upholding activating system to form the joint effort, tamping the groundwork of development; （3）Upholding deepening the reform and strengthening government to enhance the quality of development; （4）Upholding the construction of inner governors and winning external supports to optimize the environment of develooment.
