芡实中的三个环二肽

摘　　要：研究了睡莲科芡属植物芡(Euryale Ferox Salisb.)的成熟种仁芡实的环肽成分.芡实药材经95%甲醇回流提取后,通过硅胶,Pharm adex LH-20凝胶,RP-18反相柱层析进行分离,从中分离鉴定了3个环二肽.其结构经化合物的理化性质测定和光谱数据分析分别鉴定为:环(苯丙-丝)(1),环(丙-脯)(2),环(苯丙-丙)(3),其中化合物1为新的天然产物,化合物2和3为首次从该植物中分离得到.To investigate the Cyclic peptides in the seeds of Euryale ferox Salisb for obtaining a more comprehensive understanding on its effective components. Three cyclic peptides were obtained by column chromatography with silica gel, Pharmadex LH -20 and reversed-phase silica gel. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence as Cyclo（ Phe - Ser） （ 1 ）, Cyclo （Ala -Pro） （2）, Cyclo（ Phe -Ala） （3）. And compound 1 was a new natural compound; compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
