摘  要:介绍了机座壳体加工生产线上应用的机械手,机械手的主要功能是实现机座壳体在装、卸料工位和机床之间的自动输送并保证准确定位。详细论述了机械手的功能、工作原理、主要结构及特点。该机械手为液压驱动的圆柱坐标型搬运装置,其结构简单,运行可靠,大大提高了生产效率。The manipulator is used in the machining production line of the box base casing was introduced. The main function of the manipulator is to realize that the box base casing part is transferred automatically between the loading or unloading station and the machine tool, and ensure the part is accurately indexed. It is described in detail the manipulator functions, operation principle, main structures and characteristics. The manipulator is a column coordinate type conveying device that is droved by hydraulic power. The structure is simple, it is reliable to run and the production efficiency is high.
